Canada’s largest artificial intelligence conference is expanding its footprint across the country, with a new Vancouver event aimed at connecting the region’s growing AI ecosystem.

ALL IN Talks West will take place April 15 at the JW Marriott Parq Vancouver, bringing together founders, investors, researchers, enterprise leaders, and policymakers for a one-day gathering focused on the commercialization and adoption of artificial intelligence.

The event is being co-hosted by AInBC and is an extension of the flagship ALL IN conference held annually in Montréal. Partners for the Vancouver edition include Scale AI and TELUS.

According to AInBC executive director Rob Goehring, the gathering is designed to highlight the strength of British Columbia’s applied AI sector while strengthening connections across Canada’s innovation ecosystem.

“For our AI in BC ecosystem, this is a key moment,” Goehring said in an email announcing the event. “As we continue positioning British Columbia as a global centre of excellence in AI, events like Talks West create the opportunity to showcase BC-based AI companies and talent, build investor and enterprise connections, and strengthen cross-Canada collaboration.”

The program will focus on how AI technologies are moving from research labs into real-world applications across industry. Organizers say discussions will centre on commercialization pathways, enterprise adoption, and Canada’s ability to compete globally in a rapidly evolving AI landscape.

The event also aims to highlight the growing depth of AI talent and companies emerging from British Columbia, which has become home to a mix of academic research, startup activity, and enterprise AI development.

Organizers say the gathering is intended for AI companies, investors, enterprise leaders exploring AI adoption, and ecosystem partners interested in the next phase of Canada’s AI economy.

Additional speaker announcements and program details are expected in the coming weeks. Tickets and partnership information are available through the event website.

For Vancouver’s tech ecosystem, the arrival of ALL IN Talks West signals growing national attention on the region’s role in Canada’s AI sector—and another opportunity to showcase the province’s emerging leadership in applied AI.
