The 2026 New Ventures BC Competition, presented by Innovate BC, has announced its Top 10 finalists after seven months of pitches, coaching, and multiple judging rounds.

Six of the ten companies are Vancouver-based: Dream Photonics, Enya Learning, Radiant Fluidics, TruthSayer AI, VEGAIN Nutrition, and VitaPulse Technologies. The remaining four come from Squamish (Eagle Eyes Search and Ontoly), Victoria (Circl Brain Health Metrics), and Richmond (NanoTech Innovation).

The cohort spans health sciences, AI, food and beverage, advanced hardware, and cleantech. More than half of the finalists are already generating revenue or running pilots with major partners.

The ten companies will now prepare for a final round of comprehensive business pitches and Q&A sessions with a panel of venture capitalists, angel investors, and entrepreneurs. More than $250,000 in combined cash and in-kind prizes are up for grabs, including a $110,000 first-prize package from Innovate BC. Winners will be announced at the NVBC Competition Awards Ceremony on September 21.
