Can you believe it’s halfway through November? Or that Mariah Carey season has officially begun?
That realization hit me hard as I was looking through our upcoming Tech Journal events, and realized that this month’s tech industry social will be the last of 2023. If you haven’t already, mark your calendars for November 29 and come down to Yaletown Brewing to hang out with a packed house of tech professionals. Honestly, I’ll go out on a limb and say it’s going to be much more fun than your company Christmas party. Not least because your first drink is free.

Deloitte Canada released its annual technology Fast 50 winners, including Metro Vancouver-based businesses Fantuan, Thinkific, Tribe Property Technologies, Launchpad, Klue, Dapper Labs, and more.
Klue, a competitive enablement platform, also announced the launch of its newest product, Klue Win-Loss.
Toast, Canada’s first female-focused talent partner aimed at placing women in tech companies, was featured in Forbes.
Copperleaf, a provider of enterprise decision analytics software solutions, announced its Q3 results.
So did Thinkific, which helps people create and market courses, and also Ballard, a hydrogen fuel cell company.
The Leap — Thinkific’s AI tool for content creators and influencers to monetize their digital products — has surpassed 6,500 users in its first month.
