Hey everyone,

It’s been another active week across the B.C. tech ecosystem, with a mix of acquisitions, new partnerships, and companies continuing to scale.

Vancouver legaltech company Walter was acquired, while Tailscale announced a deal of its own as it expands its platform. Kindly is gaining traction following its national rollout, and SFU is working with Moment Energy to bring cleantech into high-performance computing.

Elsewhere, Vancouver startups are showing up globally—from AgriPrix applying AI in agriculture to 4AG Robotics earning recognition in agtech—and a Surrey-founded company has landed in Andreessen Horowitz’s Speedrun accelerator.

Let’s get into it.
